Frequently Asked Questions
How much will it cost?
More acurately, the question should read: "How much will I need to invest?" Like any investment including stocks, bonds, and real estate, you expect a favorable ROI (Return On Investment). If properly developed and marketed, a website can yield many times your initial capital outlay over time. For most businesses, gaining just one new lifetime client will cover your initial investment.
Can you give me a ballpark figure?
Because each client has unique needs, it would be irresponsible of us to "shrink wrap" our custom web development services into a generic product with a set price. Additionally, ours is a highly competitive industry so pricing is subject to market conditions.
Do you charge by the hour?
No, our projects are all quoted at a flat rate after your requirements and expectations are discussed. Besides, if you pay a company by the hour, there's always the temptation for them to goof off at your expense. Why pay for someone else's extra lunch hour if you don't have to?
How long will it take?
Most websites can be up and running within 2 weeks.
Are there any ongoing costs involved?
For most clients, the only cost beyond initial investment is a nominal monthly hosting fee. Hosting is simply the server where your website will reside (similar to parking your car in a garage, from which it can be taken onto the highway and seen by everyone). The cost varies depending on what type of files are being served, as well as expected amount of traffic.
